Appointment necessary: Please make an appointment two days in advance for school groups or other group visits so that guides can be arranged.
Promotional Activities:The Ocean Ecological Experience Camp will be held at different times every year and lectures in ocean resource protection and ocean culture will be held.

Introduction
The Penghu Ocean Resource Hall affiliated to the Cultural Bureau of Penghu County consists of Hall A and Hall B. The exhibitions in Hall A include the history of Penghu fishing culture, the evolutionary history of ocean creatures, the coral resources of Penghu, the rocks and mineral resources of Penghu, the geology and landform of the Pescadores, a display of the tidal belt of Penghu and documentaries. Those in Hall B include traditional fishing gear, ocean fisheries, real life scenes of fishing villages, the development of fishing boats, the future of the seabed, fishing methods of Penghu, economic aquatic creatures of Penghu and sights of the seabed. Entrance to and exit from this hall is through the same gate while visitors are guided by Xuanwu arches and gulao walls around enchantingly beautiful displays of local materials. |
